This has been an unprecedented time, with the retail industry showing tremendous resilience, agility and leadership in the face of a global pandemic. It's with that spirit that the National Retail Federation moved Retail's Big Show to a virtual event in January 2021.
NRF 2021: Retail’s Big Show – Chapter One addressed the immediate needs facing retailers. It was a jumping-off point that lead the retail industry forward until we meet in person again at NRF 2022.
All sessions and exhibitor materials will be available to registered attendees on-demand on the NRF 2021 - Chapter 1 platform for 30 days following the last day of the event.
