Crystal is responsible for leading and influencing P&G’s global Equality & Inclusion communication efforts that drive greater equity, and inclusion to achieve Equality. Crystal works across a rapidly evolving media landscape to authentically reflect and represent the diverse consumers P&G serves. Crystal has found her career passion and purpose in driving Diversity, Equality and Inclusion inside and outside of P&G. Crystal believes this is one of her most rewarding assignments because it requires bold, transformative, and authentic storytelling, rooted in undeniable consumer and cultural truths. By surrounding herself with diverse groups of people, sharing thoughts and ideas, and being a lover of all cultures, including popular culture, she has delivered groundbreaking history-making work, such as “The Talk” - one of P&G’s most decorated campaigns. Based on this work, Crystal has been identified by the Holmes Report as one of North America’s public relations Innovator 25. Continuing her work in telling compelling stories of bias through short film, Crystal is part of the team that launched another short film called “The Look,” which follows a black man throughout his day as he encounters a variety of ‘looks’ that symbolize a barrier to acceptance – and differing levels of bias.
